Partner With Office Hours
Helping organisations connect with the next generation of STEM talent through authentic partnerships, trusted conversations and meaningful career support.
About Office Hours
More than a podcast
Office Hours brings together universities, industry leaders, employers and students to have honest conversations about careers, technology and professional development. We're building one of the most trusted career communities for STEM talent — a space where real experience meets genuine ambition.
"Our goal is to build one of the most trusted career communities for STEM talent."
Why partner with us
Not advertising. A relationship.
We don't sell ad slots. We build long-term partnerships with organisations whose values align with ours — and whose commitment to STEM talent is genuine.
Trusted STEM career podcast
Our audience trusts us because we've never compromised on editorial independence. When we associate with a partner, that trust transfers — and our listeners notice.
Strong university relationships
We have deep connections with leading universities, giving partners direct access to students and early-career talent at the moment they're making career decisions.
Global STEM community
Our reach extends across borders — scientists, engineers, data professionals and technologists at every career stage, from final-year students to senior practitioners worldwide.
Executive search & career coaching expertise
Adrian and Tim bring decades of hands-on experience in executive search and career coaching. Our audience knows they're getting insight from practitioners, not commentators.
Authentic founder-led content
You work directly with the hosts, not an agency. Every partnership is handled personally, with care and a genuine interest in making it work for both sides.
Long-term employer branding
Episodes don't disappear. Our back catalogue continues to attract new listeners, meaning your partnership has compounding employer brand value over time.

Our audience
Who listens to Office Hours
Our community spans every stage of the STEM career journey — from students making their first career decisions to experienced leaders shaping the next generation of talent.
We believe in partnerships, not sponsorships

Office Hours Recommended Employer
We are developing a recognition programme for organisations that demonstrate excellent hiring practices and a genuine, sustained commitment to developing STEM talent.
This recognition will be earned through consistent action — not purchased. Organisations will be invited based on their track record, their engagement with the STEM community, and the experiences of the candidates they hire.
We will announce more details in due course. If you believe your organisation should be considered, we welcome a conversation.

Our commitment
What we will never do
These aren't just principles we talk about — they're the reason our audience trusts us, and the reason a partnership with Office Hours means something.
Compromise editorial independence
Partners do not influence episode content, guest selection or the opinions expressed by Adrian and Tim.
Oversell our audience
We will not make claims about reach or impact that we cannot substantiate. Honest numbers only.
Take on more partners than we can serve well
We keep our partner roster small so every relationship gets the attention it deserves.
Work with organisations whose values don't align
We are selective. If we don't think the partnership is right for our audience, we will say so.
Let's Build Something Meaningful Together
If your organisation is passionate about supporting students, graduates and the future of STEM, we'd love to explore how we can work together.
